Dr. Singh graduated with a Degree in Microbiology from the University of Arizona. She then attended Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
After completing her residency, Dr. Singh gained experience working as an Internal Medicine physician. She then went on to complete her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Scott and White Memorial Hospital (Texas A&M) in Temple, TX.
Dr. Singh practices Endocrinology in Round Rock, TX. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, Endocrine Society, American Thyroid Association as well as Texas Medical Association. She enjoys being a mom, spending time with family and friends, and is an avid traveler.
Joseph V. Queenan, M.D.

Dr. Queenan graduated Maxima cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from LaSalle University. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. He completed a Neurosurgical Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York as well as a Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship with Dr. Fred Epstein at the Beth Israel Medical Center, New York.
During his career, Dr. Queenan has been Chief of Neurosurgery at both the A.I. DuPont Children’s Hospital, Wilmington, Delaware and Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Queenan practices Neurosurgery in Philadelphia, PA and has active leadership and teaching roles at his institution.
In his free time, Dr. Queenan enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey.
Nina Elliott, D.O.

Dr. Elliott earned undergraduate degrees in Communications Disorders from Penn State University and later, in Biology from Millersville University. She then obtained her Degree in Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing a residency in Family Practice at Penn State Geisinger Medical Center, she worked for several years in Ohio as an Emergency Medicine physician.
Realizing that Emergency Medicine was her true calling, she then went to Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC to complete a fellowship in this specialty. Since then, she has continued to work as an Emergency Medicine physician. She is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and Family Practice.
Dr. Elliott is also a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine Physicians, the American Medical Association and the American Association of Physician Specialists. Currently, she lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where she enjoys the plentiful outdoor activities available as well as the proximity to cities like Philadelphia, New York, Washington D.C. and Harrisburg.
Christoph von Andreae, M.D.

Dr. von Andreae originally hails from Aachen, Germany. He studied medicine at Freie Universität and Charite Medical School of Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, Germany (now Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin).
He graduated from his psychiatric residency training at Hahnemann University Hospital/Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. von Andreae continued his training as a fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)/ University of Pennsylvania. He is proficient in Adult Psychiatry as well as Child Psychiatry and Family Therapy.
Dr. von Andreae practices as an attending psychiatrist working with children, adults and families in the greater Philadelphia Area. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, gardening and contemporary art. He is fluent in English and German.
A. B. Gopalamurugan, M.D.,

Dr. Gopalamurugan obtained his Degree in Medicine from Annamalai University. He obtained his MRCP degree from the
Royal College of Physicians in London, United Kingdom. He earned an MD degree at the University of London.
Dr. Gopalamurugan trained in interventional cardiology, interventional electrophysiology and devices therapy at The Heart
Hospital, London. He obtained American board certification through the CCDS (Certified Cardiac Device Specialist) degree.
He also gained accreditation through the European Heart Rhythm Association (EHRA) and pediatric training at Great Ormond
Street Hospital, London.
Dr. Gopalamurugan is a world-renowned expert in cardiac valve therapy and transcatheter aortic valve implantation and mitral
valve repair. He has engaged in pioneering research work in interventional cardiology and interventional electrophysiology with
numerous publications in medical journals.
Elango Vinjirayer, M.D.

Dr. Vinjirayer obtained his Degree in Medicine at Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalai University. He then pursued clinical research and authored numerous publications and presentations under the expert tutelage of mentors at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Vinjirayer then went on to complete his Residency in Internal Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine, Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Vinjirayer practices Internal Medicine in the Dallas, TX area where he makes his home. He enjoys playing basketball and soccer and spends his free time traveling to enjoy and experience world cultures and adventure.
Michael George, M.D.
Dr. Michael George is a practitioner of internal medicine. In private practice, Dr. George focused on general adult medicine,
specializing in the prevention and early detection of disease, as well as optimizing patients’ overall health. A graduate of the
PSG Institute of Medical Science & Research with his completion in internal medicine training at the University of South Florida,
College of Medicine, he has more than 15 years of clinical experience.
Dr. George has been actively involved in research in numerous clinical trials including the Framingham Heart Study and the
correlation between waist-hip ratio and heart disease.
Dr. George has observed a correlation between the increase in obesity and the rise in weight-related conditions and diseases
including Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, arthritis and sleep apnea. He believes that portion control is one of the
