My interest in a healthy lifestyle began at a young age as a competitive athlete in gymnastics and distance running. I have been studying nutrition and wellness for 20 years.
In my adult years, I became busy, less active, and more stressed leading to a 30 pound weight gain, leaving me feeling tired and dealing with chronic pain. I decided to change my life. I created a health food and lifestyle blog to document my journey. This gave me the accountability I needed to lose the weight I had gained and get back to exercising and running.
I feel called to help people on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I believe that accountability is extremely helpful in achieving ones goals.
