Eighteen years ago Kristi lost more than
40 pounds. That weight loss prompted a
desire to understand nutrition, and how
it relates to managing a healthy lifestyle
and weight. She returned to school to
earn a certification in nutrition and
wellness so she could help others do the
same thing she was able to do – lose weight
and keep it off..
Losing excess weight is the first priority,
but keeping it off is the ultimate goal.
I believe that learning the basics of
nutrition, being a savvy shopper and
reading nutrition labels, cooking at home,
and physical activity are the key
elements to leading a healthy lifestyle.
As a weight loss coach, my goal is to
listen to clients needs, adapt the
Genetix program to meet those needs,
and share what I've learned over the
past many years about losing weight
and keeping it off.
